How they enjoy it I tried so many dishes in UAE but I don't like it at all when I see UA-cam channels and see many recipes but go to indian restaurants never like any food but my colleagues hand made food it's really awesome especially sambhar is my all time favorite

Hi Max, just a little tip. If you see you many whole chilies in a soup dish, that means they are optional, you don't have to eat them at all let alone all of them. They are there to give minimum base spice level, like infusing the soup with its flavor, and chili lovers are welcome to eat more of them as their own level permit. For example if I want the the soup spicier by just a little bit, I will break the chile in half, crush only half of it and mix it with the whole dish. Rinse and repeat :)
